Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it (e.g., a URL).
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its location prior to removal.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or San Diego County, California if outside the U.S.) and accepting service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access privileges of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.

False claims under the DMCA may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Consider consulting an attorney before filing a notice or counter-notice.
