Technology Beyond Tomorrow ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through techbeyondtomorrow.com, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you submit a quote or contact form, email us, or call us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and how you heard about us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. We use this for security, to keep the site running, and to see in aggregate which pages are visited.

Cookies, Analytics & Third-Party Services

We do not use advertising cookies, ad pixels, session-recording tools, or cross-site tracking. The site uses:

  • Hosting and page-view analytics (Lovable, served through Cloudflare). Our website host provides first-party analytics that count visits and page views, and may set a cookie needed to deliver the site.
  • Google Maps. Our map is embedded from Google. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies under the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
  • Unsplash. Some images are delivered from Unsplash’s image servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them, although the embedded map may not load.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule assessments, prepare proposals, deliver and support services, keep business records, protect the site from abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your request. We will not send you marketing text messages unless you separately agree to receive them.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email provider and customer-management (CRM) software, who may use it only to provide services to us;
  • Manufacturers, distributors or subcontractors when needed to complete a project you have requested; and
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

Data Retention

We keep inquiries that do not become projects for up to 24 months. We keep customer and project records for as long as needed to deliver services and support warranties and maintenance, and as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes, which is generally up to 7 years. Hosting logs are kept by our providers under their own retention schedules.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, and including California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) where it applies, you may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, and how we use and share it;
  • Give you a copy of your personal information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; and
  • Not sell or share your personal information. We already do not, and we treat browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.

To make a request, email info@technologybeyondtomorrow.com with the subject “Privacy request,” or call (619) 374-0431. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Do Not Track. We do not track visitors across other websites, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals differently.

NDA & Confidentiality

For sensitive installations we are happy to sign mutual NDAs. Project details, drawings and as-built documentation remain confidential.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, and the site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children’s Privacy

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
